Spa Etiquette

At Elements, we strive to create an environment that is calming, attractive and respectful. In light of this, we ask that all clients read and observe these simple rules of etiquette, thereby helping to preserve the blissful and professional atmosphere that is central to the Elements experience.

Arrival

In order to benefit most from your time at Elements, aim to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Cellular phones

In keeping with the tranquil setting of the Elements Spa, we kindly ask that our clients turn off their cellular phones and pagers. This small gesture will not only enhance one’s own experience, but serves as a sign of respect to the experiences of others.

Cleanliness

Illustrative of our commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, our spa equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every use. We ask that our clients exhibit a similar commitment while making use of the Elements facilities.

Post Treatment

After your treatment, you will receive an information sheet that contains instructions designed to help you achieve optimal results. Please read this sheet and follow its directions carefully. While most of our treatments allow clients to immediately resume regular activities, some may require a short period of recovery. If you have any questions regarding your post-treatment care, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Age Requirements

At Elements, 16 is the minimum age required for spa access.

Appointment Booking

All appointments must be secured with a valid VISA, MasterCard or Elements Gift Card number. Our privacy policy ensures that your information is kept in the strictest of confidence. In the event of a missed appointment, you will only be charged if you have not followed the guidelines as indicated in our Cancellation Policy.

Health Conditions

When making your spa reservation, please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect the performance of your requested treatment.

Cancellation Policy

In order to change or cancel your appointment, Elements requires 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to comply will result the application of a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled treatment fee.

Return Visits

If you are in need of return visits, we kindly ask that you schedule your next appointment before leaving Elements. This will allow for greater flexibility as we strive to best accommodate your schedule.

Payment

At Elements, we accept VISA, MasterCard, direct debit, cash and Elements Gift Cards.
All prices are subject to change and all applicable sales taxes will be applied at the time of payment.

Elements Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for purchase through one of our Patient Services Representatives. Please note that gift cards are transferable, non-refundable and can be applied to the purchase of most treatments and all of the skincare products offered at Elements.

Gratuities

Gratuities are graciously accepted.

Loss or Damage

Elements is not responsible for the loss of, or damage to, personal articles. We recommend that our clients make use of on-site lockers for the safekeeping of valuables and personal items. Furthermore, in the interest of protecting your clothing, we ask that our clients wear the robe provided during their visit.
